Chandie Hupman
Owner, Lead Sales and Listing Agent

Chandie has been living and working in the Savannah area for over ten years. She has a degree in Health Education from Florida State University.  Chandie received her real estate license in 2004 and is a member of the Savannah Board of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. She is proud to be a top Keller Williams Realty sales agent in the Savannah area, and strives to provide her clients with the best service possible.

Jeff Hupman
Owner, Lead Buyer Specialist

Jeff is Chandie's husband. He realized the value of real estate early on and purchased his first home in Savannah in 2003. Jeff graduated Summa Cum Laude from Georgia Southern University with majors in both Finance and Accounting. With experience as a financial advisor and a real estate investor, he has learned how to help his clients analyze homes in terms of appeal and monetary value. As a licensed Realtor in Georgia, Jeff loves helping people find homes that meet all of their needs – personal and financial.

Anthony Allen
Listing and Marketing Coordinator

Anthony joined The Hupman Real Estate Group to assist with client buyer and seller services.  He has a wide ranging real estate background and loves helping clients through the real estate process step-by-step.  Anthony received an undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.  He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Georgia.  

 Megan Smith
Client Services Coordinator

Megan joined The Hupman Real Estate Group to assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating events and helping with marketing. She graduated from Central Michigan University with a degree in psychology. Megan is able to provide a wide range of services to make sure clients have the information they need to make their experience the best possible.
